HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information for your order. All orders are processed at 8 AM PST Monday through Thursday to ship out the same day, except on holidays or if there is a delay in locating the item that was ordered. Any orders placed after 8 AM PST on Thursday will ship out on Monday afternoon. We ship packages via USPS and FedEx.
Please note that Four Barrel Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS or FedEx. We do not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee/merchandise to USPS or FedEx, it is beyond our control. However, we can assist you in tracking your package to ensure you receive your freshly roasted coffee.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local post office or FedEx office and check with neighbors or other household members. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping company for any lost or stolen packages.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed at 8AM PST Monday through Thursday to ship out same day, except holidays or when we can't find the thing that was ordered right away.
Any orders placed after 8AM PST on Thursday will ship out Monday afternoon.
RETURNS
For any issues, please email us at weborders@fourbarrelcoffee.com.
Customers may return mugs, or any other defective non-coffee merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 30 days from the shipment date. Returned items must be in their original and undamaged packaging. Just mail them back to us with the original shipping label or receipt and we’ll credit your card within 30 days after receiving your return. If you can, please also send an email to weborders@fourbarrelcoffee.com letting us know that you are returning your item and whether you want to be refunded (minus shipping) or want a replacement item.
Our coffee beans are not returnable or refundable at any time. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at weborders@fourbarrelcoffee.com.
We will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
WHAT IS BOTTOMLESS?
Bottomless is a smart subscription service that ensures you never run out of your favorite coffee from us. Using a Wi-Fi connected scale, Bottomless tracks your coffee usage and automatically reorders fresh coffee when you're running low, so you always have a fresh supply. It's a flexible service with customizable options, allowing you to adjust your coffee preferences and delivery frequency at any time. CLASSES
Classes and events are refundable 48 hours before the event or class. These refunds are optional and at the discretion of Four Barrel Coffee.
